Avengers: Endgame

My review:”

Avengers: Endgame” is the aftermath following the events of 2018’s “Infinity War.” This movie definitely delivered and I found it to be a perfect conclusion for the Infinity Saga. The movie closed all loose ends and didn’t leave any questions regarding the story. My favorite part of the movie was the story. The story was fantastic and felt very smooth considering it was 3 hours long. The characters I’ve grown to love are still a lot of fun in this movie. For a movie that has such a serious and somber premise, the movie also has a lighter side with great comedic moments. The movie did a great job juggling a variety of emotions. For me, the third act of the movie was the highlight of the movie. It changed everything. I honestly cannot think of any parts of the movie that I did not like. This is one of those movies where I really can’t find a flaw. I might actually go and watch this outstanding movie again because it was a truly impressive finale.

Yash’s reply:

I also thought the movie didn’t feel like three hours at all. I was entertained by it all the way through. I also was surprised by how solid the more humorous moments were in the movie. Similar to yourself, I have a hard time thinking of any flaws that I would reduce points for when reviewing this movie. I really loved it and can’t wait to see it again in the future. I am glad both of us loved this movie!

Yash’s review:

“Avengers: Endgame” is arguably one of the most anticipated films of the last decade. 21 films have led to this moment and there was a lot of hype and mystery surrounding this chapter in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. This movie was everything I wanted to be. It’s an epic finale that was emotionally resonant and a nonstop entertaining blockbuster that is worth every second of its three-hour runtime. The first hour was a very serious and somber surprise that really set the emotional foundation for the rest of the movie. When the main plot kicks in the second hour, the movie is a blast and a real treat for Marvel fans. I strongly suggest watching every single movie in the MCU before seeing this one to get the full effect and impact of the movie. The story is constantly unpredictable, action-packed, and even quite funny at times. I won’t spoil a thing in this review, but I will say that the last hour of this movie is one of the best sequences in superhero film history. I don’t know how to put into words how sensational and unforgettable the finale of this movie really was. All in all, I can’t see Marvel fans being disappointed with this one. It’s already set the bar high for the upcoming summer season and for the MCU.

My reply:

I agree with how much hype and mystery surrounded this movie. This movie was a highly anticipated and epic conclusion. I also liked how each act of the movie brought something to the table. I also was blown away by the third act of this movie and thought it was a great way to wrap up this chapter in the MCU. This movie has definitely set the standard for the summer movies coming up.
