Captain Marvel

“Captain Marvel” is directed by Anna Boden and Ryan Fleck and it stars Brie Lason, Samual L. Jackson, Clark Gregg and Jude Law. This movie is the origin story of Captain Marvel and it is the twenty-first movie of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The movie is based in the 1990s and Captain Marvel(Brie) is having a fish out of the water moment as she does not remember her life on Earth before she got her powers from the Kree Empire. She meets Nick Fury (Samual) who helps her along the way in uncovering her past life on Earth in order to understand her life.

Back in 2014, I was very excited for this movie when it got announced because she is basically the Superman of the MCU. Finally, after seeing the movie I could agree that indeed she is the strongest avenger. The things I liked about the movie is the story, it was well written and it was easy to follow. The characters of the movie were great. Brie Lason did an amazing job as Captain Marvel. I am really excited about her future roles is going to be in the MCU she definitely left a great impression. The music in the movie was a great choice it honesty set the mood of the movie. In the MCU music never seem to be the issue of the movie and over here it defiantly did not disappoint.

The things I did not like about the movie was the pacing of the movie. The first and second act of the movie was really slow and it was leaving uninterested in the movie until the third act came and got the movie interesting.

Overall, this movie was really good and I highly enjoyed it and again I am definitely excited about the future of this character.
